About Premier Introductions

Premier Introductions was started back in 1985 by myself, Sue Hedges after being disappointed with the service from local agencies I'd tried myself. I set up an office at home for convenience and to keep overheads to a minimum. My new business was originally intended for my spare time but quickly found it turned into a full time occupation.

I found that people wanted an agency with that 'personal touch' where the owner knew members and their requirements and could match individuals personally.

The agency is still run from an office at home keeping overheads to a minimum meaning membership costs are very reasonable and member numbers very high.

Internet dating has become big business with many websites offering free or cheap memberships because the owners make money from advertising. In my opinion this doesn't work because what people actually say about themselves is normally far from the truth and tend to be more honest when dealing with a real person.

There is plenty of room for local independently owned dating agencies in the marketplace. We have been providing a good service to thousands of people for over 20 years now and hopefully will be in 20 years to come.
